Recently the SREMA has celebrated its 1st year anniversary of the intergovernmental agreement between Eadt Donegal & Conoy Townships, whereby supportive funding is split 50/50 between the municipalities! Municipal mergers like SREMA are taking place all over Pennsylvania as this is a positive way for municipalities/tax-payers to keep cost down by the sharing of cost for this mandate set forth by our commonwealth, that every local municipality must have an active & functioning local level emergency management agency!
