WEBEOC allows for an emergency incident to be logged and to then be able to be viewed in “real time” by emergency management officials from both Lancaster County & Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agencies, as well as this program is a incident tracking system keeping a chronological record of the emergency incident from start to finish!
